You guys are awesome. My river knockout reefer RS door. The body of the reefer is Vanguard so no spare hinges to be found. So they welded and my driver was on the road 2 hour lather. Thank for thinking outside of the box and the price is fare . THANK YOU
View on GoogleThe owners of this business are the nicest and most honest people I have run across in a long time. They took my trailer in immediately and because of their honesty they did the work, saved me a lot of money and gave me peace of mind heading down the road. I had just purchased an RV and had read that many of them are delivered with little to no grease in the wheel bearing. I was getting ready to head south for a few months so I brought my RV to their business and asked for them to pack the wheel bearing. They worked on my RV right away and said let them check it because they do not want do or charge for work not needed. They checked all 4 wheels, told me they only needed a little grease added not a repacking. It saved me a lot of money when they could have just charged me several hundred dollars. I am definately going back for any work needed. If you need any work done on your trailers I would check hear first. They will work with you and are honest and fair probably to their own detriment. View on GoogleTrue customer service is rare these days, but it can be found over at Old West Trailer Repair with the great people who run it. As soon as I pulled up to the shop, before I even got out of the truck, a young man was there to greet me and ask me how he could help, despite the fact he was in the middle of working on a cattle trailer. Kori and Vince are the owners and they obviously care a great deal about their work and those they provide service to. I am a construction contractor and I barely had time to get my trailer serviced, so Kori ensured the job was taken care of immediately and she finished it up the very next day with new brakes and wiring. Despite their heavy work load, they treated me as if I was their only customer. I really cannot think of any other business I would recommend as highly as this family owned shop. If you need trailer work done, don't go anywhere else but Old West. 100 stars. 🌟
View on GoogleWas getting loaded nearby when I noticed my trailer running lights were inop. I called in and told them my situation and asked me to come by so they can take a look. Turned out to be just a blown fuse on my truck, but they didn't waste any time figuring it out. They tested my electrical pigtail and found the issue was coming from my truck. Not even 5 minutes later they replaced the blown fuse and I was on the road again. Thank you! Will definitely stop by again if I have any issues in the area! Top notch service!
