Called Commercial Tire Caldwell, June 17th, 2026, spoke with Todd, he gave me Estimate on Shocks; sway links, told me I could bring it in have them look & Drive it , to see what was making noise, no charge, Todd gave me next day at 1pm. Within 30 minutes they diagnosed a far simpler sway bar links needed replaced, and I was absolutely delighted, far, FAR CHEAPER, TODD ASKED IF I wanted to fix it, and they could do it RIGHT THEN. 1 1/2 HRS later I was back on road. After driving around and home , 12 miles away, I was delighted with the service, and I called,Commercial tire and got TODD, and Thanked him for the, time Service , I received, as I know they do not hear it that often. I had dealt with Emmett Idaho Commercial tire from 2012- 2023 When I retired from Federal, Bureau of RECLAMATION, and I am Absolutely THRILLED, that the service in Caldwell is just as good as I had in my Professional Career. Thank you, COMMERCIAL TIRE, and TODD, and technician that did the work.

I would give these guys a half a star if there was an option for that. Stopped for a free air check...took 20 minutes and had to chase them down for it. And then ended up leaving because they never came out. . Definitely should have went to les Schwab. They actually come out and greet you and tell you we'll be with you in a second. These guys at commercial tire suck.

View on GoogleWent here to get my brakes inspected which was great! I learned a lot about my car. My rating comes from the actual service day. My car was supposed to be done between the hours of 8-2, while I was at work. My car was not actually finished till after 4 pm. They had plenty of excesses as to why they were behind, but I had an appointment and I was expecting the service to be timely. They had my car for 9+ hours and during that time, they couldn't take the time to update me on the status. I had to call them, when I started to get concerned. I feel that there should have been some sort of consideration for my time, possibly even a small service discount but nothing was offered. Not even a sorry that it took longer than expected. ***I feel that they are possibly overpriced, so make sure you call around once you know, what the problem is ***
