Caliber Collision

My car is a 2007, and had clearly had some work done prior to my owning it. You could just tell the paint wasn’t quite a match. Anyways, I get it in a little fender bender of my own, And now you can’t even tell that there was work done at all. The paint is a perfect match. They were incredibly accommodating through the entire process, kept me updated, and were friendly from the start. I basically had to do nothing but drop my car off and pick it up when it was done. But what really stuck with me, was the day I had to pick up my car and drop my rental off, I was alone with my one year old son. It was a hot day and my hands were full and I was already pretty overwhelmed. The gentleman who had helped me from the beginning, I want to say his name was Kyle if I am wrong I am so sorry. But he noticed that my son was a little rosie in his cheeks because it was hot… Without even thinking, he took my son’s sippy cup, filled it up with water, and he and another staff member sat and tried to make him smile and chatted with him for the few minutes that we were inside the building. From there, he moved my car up as close as he possibly could to the front door so I could easily switch the car seat over and just was helpful. He treated me not like a customer, but like a human. To me as a mom that will go further than any paint job or any service whether it’s 10/ 10 or not. But the fact of the matter is the Repairs done we’re 10/10 and so was the customer service. I never want to have to go through dealing with this kind of thing again, but if I unfortunately do, I will be returning to caliber collision

Not happy I first took it in they did the work we were in a hurry it looked good I felt the front where they painted it have bumps on it he Chris said bring it back in a few days and they would buff it and remove those bumps we left got home and notice the none damaged side didn't match up so I called Chris and found out the broke some parts and tried to fix what they broke and didn't match so he order parts we did get it fixed final just alot of hassle and time spent. Is they are not good at calling you back also the office manager was not helpful I would fire her.

Highly recommend! Took my truck in after a collision with a deer to the left bumper, quarter panel, annd driver’s side door of my F-150 in early December. Despite it being around the Christmas holidays they had the repairs completed almost 10 days earlier than estimated. Driving home I noticed two issues: Road noises seemed louder on the driver’s side door, and the rear driver side passenger window would not fully close (which hadn’t been a noticeable issue before). I called them and they immediately offered to take another look. They corrected both issues in less than two days at no additional charge and no hassle. Really appreciated their customer service.

This absolutely must be shared with the community. As a flawed man who much of the time thinks he knows everything I am truly impressed. Spending 30 minutes taking my car for a test drive with the manager after repairs, I believe I can get a good feel for someone. James I say I've known many, many good men from ordinary citizens to military to legislators and everyone in between. I've only met 3 others in my life who looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and spoke to me with such dignity. Certainly your honorable conviction extends throughout and guides this operation as well as your staff to serve. You have my utmost respect. I wish I could write those two lines in stone and place it by the door. Maybe some day. Be well.

My Jeep Renegade was rear ended on 8/30/23. Caliber Collision repaired her better than she was before. The Customer Service Experience was fantastic and I highly recommend them! Thank you for the great communication. Before & after pictures! 🖤🖤
