American Quick Lube

A job well done for a fair price. Will be a returning customer. I would like to add, as a girl and not knowing the difference between synthetic or conventional oil, I was asked which oil I wanted. I answered I guess conventional 🤷‍♀️. Well that was the wrong answer after I googled it later. Oil should have been synthetic. I believe that the oil changers should have directed me and said that your vehicle manufacture completely recommends 100% synthetic oil. I consulted a dealership and thank goodness this will not hurt my engine, but this oil change has to be what they call it a temporary oil change, and will need to be changed no more than 3000 miles. I am just glad I checked it out. I won't make the same mistake again. The people were nice and it was fast service!

I stopped in for an overdue oil change and Chris was great at explaining my best options since I have a high mileage vehicle. I was not made to feel dumb in any way. He was very helpful going over details and making suggestions. He’s one of the reasons I continue to come here for my vehicles.

It used to be a good place. Last time I was there they were very quick, maybe 5-10 minutes in and out. I felt like they had missed some stuff that they normally do. After arriving at my next destination, which happened to be my mechanic, I noticed something hanging under my car. Ask mechanic to check it out. He informed me it was a rag left there from the oil change and it had melted to the underside of my car. He also stated it was the sloppiest oil change he has ever seen. I called the lube shop back and told them what had happened. They told me there was nothing they could do unless I had pictures to prove what I was saying. They said people lie to get money and that was their assumption unless I could prove it. Unfortunately, when I called the mechanic back to ask him to take pics he had already cleaned it up for me. I felt like they did a terrible job, called me a liar, and refused any compensation. A coupon for an oil change or a discount at least would have gone a long way. Would not recommend.

Took a few days to get in, as they were busy each time I stopped by. There was one car ahead of me, and apparently something broke on the car as they were doing the work...? Took me about 20 mins to get in and maybe 35-40 mins total. I brought my own oil and filter, and it was fairly easy. They were confused at first with the conversion of my 2.5 gallon container, to quarts. Once I helped them, they were fine. Overall, they were okay, better than Valvoline Instant oil Change! I would go back.

After the changing of ownership over the summer, they take a bit longer than usual. Had to call about windshield wiper fluid. It froze as the temp went below freezing. Had to replace it. They do give military/veteran discount to those that have their ID. Friendly staff. Small waiting area, but does have a restroom. Edit: 2 years later- We brought in our 4runner. They do charge for skid plates. But everyone was great. No longer have a sitting area (stay in vehicle now). Justin has been an awesome manager. Andres did awesome and both gentlemen were respectful, kind and super friendly. So glad Justin stayed with this company. Thank you for everything.
