I don’t even know where to start in writing this review. This place is full of some very trustworthy and just absolutely amazing people! I had extensive brake work done at a different mechanic a little over two weeks ago and had nothing but trouble after picking it up. That mechanic couldn’t figure out the issue and I ended up with a car that was unsafe to drive due to a spongy pedal and brakes that were seizing. When I arrived at Soper, I was an anxious and very untrusting customer. But by the end of the intake, I felt reassured and like my issues would be resolved. While they problem solved the issues with my car, they communicated regularly with me through text. They told me their findings, what was delaying final inspection results, and what their interventions were. Today, they texted to tell me that they believed the issue was resolved but wanted me to come in to test drive my car to make sure the brakes felt better to me. It was night and day! They explained their findings in very straightforward wording and I walked away understanding what the issues were. This shop feels like a small town family shop. I feel like you walk into that door and it feels like a safe and trustworthy place. I will be recommending them to absolutely everybody who needs work done on their cars.

Very professional and honest and do an excellent job from what I can tell. Had a transmission replaced there and then a brake job done on a Lincoln Navigator. both done very well for a fair price. Car drives like it's new. I would recommend them and will go back for future service when needed. I like that they do a little better job of scheduling instead of drop off only appointments. That really helps work into my family's busy schedule. Front desk staff is extremely friendly also so that helps make it a more enjoyable experience. Good job Soper

Soper Automotive really helped me out with my son's vehicle. We dropped it off on a Sunday night, they looked at it on Monday and we had an estimate on Monday. They were timely, knowledgeable, communicative and did great work. I really appreciate them understanding the urgency of our situation and being so prompt. Brian and crew did a great job servicing, repairing and taking care of my vehicle. I had both an oil leak and coolant leak repaired and an oil change. I liked the way estimates were provided electronically and also liked how pictures were taken showing items that required repair. They also did a very thorough inspection and gave me a heads-up on some items that may need repair in the future.
