The work was completed quickly, pricing was fair, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but these guys earned my confidence. I recently purchased a Chevy Blazer from Granger Motors, and I cannot say enough amazing things about Tyler Yates. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Granger (although my family has bought from them for years), and Tyler instantly made me feel like I had been a customer there forever. From the moment I met him in person, I knew I was in good hands. What stands out the most about Tyler is his honesty, patience, and genuine care for his customers. There is absolutely no salesman BS with him — he explains everything clearly, openly, and with total transparency. He will fight to get you the best deal, make sure you’re comfortable, and truly wants you to be happy with your purchase. Tyler was extremely patient with my strong, spit-fire personality and never once made me feel pressured. He treated me with so much respect, and honestly made me feel like he was looking out for me the same way a dad would look out for his daughter. He would not let anyone in service or mechanics walk all over me. If something needed to be done, he already had it handled before I even had to ask. His communication is unmatched. He answers calls on the first ring — even months after purchasing the car. If I have a question, need an oil change, or get a random dashboard code, Tyler is already on it. There were times when service still hadn’t followed up, and Tyler personally stepped in, pulled strings, and had my car scheduled and a rental ready within an hour. He does this even on his days off. When I bought the Blazer, he took his time to walk me through every detail — setting up my phone, adjusting the seats, showing me the features, and explaining every option more than once if I needed it. He made the paperwork and financing process smooth, honest, and stress-free, with no surprises. What truly sets him apart is how he goes above and beyond. My car was delivered perfectly — full tank, cleaned to his own high standards, and handed off with the reminder that I can always reach out if I need anything. And he genuinely means it. Six months later, he still checks in, still helps me with service appointments, and still treats me like a valued customer — not a commission. If you’re looking to buy a car, I cannot recommend Tyler Yates enough. He is funny, honest, trustworthy, and a total go-getter. He takes the dreaded car-buying process and makes it actually fun. I will only go to him from now on, and I recommend him to everyone I know. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Granger Motors is lucky to have him.

Took my mustang (my baby) to him for a clutch replacement that gabus turned down because it's age. He had it done the next day and for the lowest quoted price I could find in the area. I told him about the issues Im having with my jeep and he knows exactly what the issues are with that specific model and how to resolve, so will be taking that to him too. No further problems with my mustang clutch, it's like new again. This shop was a good find.

Mike and his team is also response and efficient in repairing my vehicle. They make sure to over look everything and keep me informed about the process. They even have taken my vehicle in with moments notice due to it over heating and handled it all in a timely and fair manner!!

I was stranded in Iowa due to a radiator blowout. Michael not only replaced the huge radiator, but advised me of another issue, and since I was towing my home, full time rver, he parked me in a safe place so I had a place to stay while he worked on my truck. I am so Thankful for a REAL mechanic that was helpful, and the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you, Michael and son, for a job well done. Yes, Roxy and I made it to Michigan, seeing Grandkids tonight!! Have a great summer!
