We bought a Kia from Willis Waukee today and it was the best experience! I was really dreading car shopping, but Maurice made it so great! Both vehicles we wanted to look at were parked up front ready to go when we got there. We felt like we were not being pressured like some dealerships make you feel and he was very knowledgeable and kind. When it was time to actually purchase, Chris was really great to work with too. We are really thankful we went to Willis Auto!

Me and my wife had a great experience trading in our car at Willis Used Auto. Salesman Bryan had the keys ready for us when me and my wife arrived to test drive a vehicle from 3 hours away. We went to two other big dealerships that were nearby to test drive other vehicles and the experience at those dealerships was terrible. I didn’t know salesman could be rude.. I told Bryan multiple times how thankful we were for him, as he was so nice! The thing that stuck out to me was I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. He was BY FAR the nicest salesman we worked with when searching for a car. Thanks Bryan!

I left this dealership with a real feeling of “ick,” which is disappointing because this was not the car-buying experience I was hoping for. I went in knowing exactly what my budget was and made that very clear from the beginning. Unfortunately, everything moved so quickly that I never felt like things were fully explained in a way that helped me feel comfortable or informed. When it came time to discuss pricing, I felt repeatedly pushed toward higher-end options even after expressing multiple times that I needed lower monthly pricing. What made me especially uncomfortable were the sales tactics used to justify the higher costs — comments like “it’s only an extra cup of coffee a day” or “it’s just the cost of a tank of gas.” While those statements may seem small, they felt dismissive of the budget concerns I had already communicated. By the time I left, I felt confused, conflicted, and uneasy instead of confident and excited. Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and I wish the process had felt more transparent, patient, and respectful of my financial boundaries.
