It was ok the 2 sales people Adam and Andrew are very nice but when it came to pull credit to get loan I did get it through my own credit union cheap when loan person did it, but a week and 2 days later I get a letter with paper to sign by the first bank they tried getting me a loan for truck and to learn Stivers tried to get a loan for little over $9,000 for a 2013 Silverado LTZ with 108,000 miles was outrageous since I was trading a 2017 Jeep with only 74,800 miles, so trying to only give me little over $3,000 for my newer jeep (and I was going to give a great review till I got that letter and application from another bank turning me down being to much to finance). Finally they had to give what it was worth which took loan to $6200.00 where it should have been in the first place and I only owed $1,077.00 on jeep wich they listed at over $14,000 and probablyaround$13998. So be careful with the finance person, otherwise the sales people were nice. I bought a truck I didn't have service done
