If I could rate 6 stars I would! I went with Stiver's Collision Center/Body Shop for my 2011 F-150. My truck was rusting badly and I was looking for quality rust repair knowing it would involve a complete tear down/significantly body overhaul. Stiver's did an absolutely incredible job!! My truck looks brand new! No corners cut, fantastic work, kept me informed, gave me a loaner while working, and more! Their manager Wes is one of the best you could ever ask to work with!! Highly recommended!!

This shop cares about it's customers and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and treated fairly. Wes and the woman at the front desk could not have been nicer when I hit a deer. I went to one other shop prior to Stivers for an estimate and did not get a good feeling of trust from them - then I came to Stivers and could tell that they are trustworthy people. Wes called, emailed, or left a voicemail every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on the progress and timeline of my vehicles repair. That is un-matched customer service. Wes is the reason I went to Stiver's for my repair and he will be the reason I return if I have another collision.

Renee is just awesome. I've had to take my truck in twice in 2 months and she's just excellent at handling the rentals and loaners and making the process very stress free and easy to manage! Thanks for your help, Renee!!!

I would like to thank the team at Stivers Collision Center for their exceptional work on the repair of my wife’s new Acura RDX. A few weeks ago, we were side-swiped on the passenger side of our vehicle which damaged the front bumper, hood, grille, headlight, front and rear quarter panel(s), mirror and both doors on the passenger side. Quite honestly, the whole passenger’s side body needed replaced. Stivers Collision Center’s customer service and professionalism is absolutely amazing! Once they were in contact with my insurance company, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. When I dropped the car off to the shop, my rental was already there waiting for me. I received frequent updates on the progress of my vehicle’s repair at least once a day. I was astonished by their proficiency, attentiveness and overall simplicity of the customer’s process. It was such a breeze and unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. Now, by the time Stivers had received the repair parts for my vehicle, it was ready for me to pick up in less than a week! I was amazed how quickly they were able to order/receive the parts, prime/paint, and then put my vehicle back together like it was brand spanking NEW! When I picked up our Acura RDX, it looked better than the day that I drove it off the car lot. It was detailed from bumper to bumper (inside and out). The vehicle had never looked better! I truly believe that the staff at Stivers Collision Center really care about the work that they do because their finished product confirms just that. Thank you to everyone out at Stivers Collision Center for everything! How could I ever go anywhere else after experiencing such grade-A service…..I won’t! I highly recommend Stivers Collision Center for all of your repair needs as they are second to none!

I'd certainly recommend Stivers Collision for autobody repairs! Everyone I worked with (Anthony, Wes and Renee) were polite, knowledgeable and very professional. This team stands behind their work and did an amazing job ensuring my vehicle was fixed right with a front bumper replacement. They exceeded my expectations matching the factory finish on my San Marino Red Accord - red can be a very difficult color to match and they nailed it!
