Rocket Car Wash in Waukee always does an amazing job. The wash is quick my car comes out looking spotless, and the free vacuums and detailing stations are a huge bonus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well maintained and it’s a great value especially if you wash your car often. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to keep their vehicle looking its best.
View on GoogleSeriously… get the membership! This place is amazing. They’ll even wash your floor mats while you clean out your car, which makes keeping everything clean and fresh SO easy. Such a simple little touch that makes a huge difference. My car is happy and honestly… so am I!
View on GoogleAvoid this place unless you want to involve your attorney and your credit card company’s claim department with your car washes!! They kept charging my card for over a year after I moved out of the state, despite multiple attempts and requests to cancel my membership, both in-person and over the phone. I eventually drove several hours back to Iowa literally just to talk to them to cancel it, and the staff just played dumb and gave me excuses. Their manager was supposedly never there. My refund request would take “a really long time” according to them. The confirmations and forms they promised never landed in my inbox. I never got any sort of communication back after multiple attempts to cancel. Emails, local phone number, corporate phone number… nothing. Getting this resolved took 12+ months, my attorney, and my credit card company. Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid this predatory company. Edit: if you reply to my review, make sure it’s not copy+pasted ;)

I hate having an attendant “to help” choose a car wash - it’s a car wash, I don’t need help choosing anything. Like other comments, they tried selling me a membership. Told them we didn’t live here and I lived 40 minutes away; proceeded to tell me the locations and I was like yup those are all the wrong ways from me. All I wanted was a basic wash the gravel off so I chose the basic because I don’t trust car washes anymore. It didn’t even clean the back of my car. Won’t be returning to any of these car washes.
View on GoogleFor $20, I expected the back of my car to come out cleaner, especially since it wasn't even very dirty to start with. The vacuum hose in the stall I chose didn't have enough suction to pull anything off my carpet, and they didn't have a crevice tool or air sprayer as advertised. I also didn't appreciate the hard sales tactics at the point of purchase. Ihad to say no four times to purchasing a membership. Annoying. That said, I appreciate the dash wipe provided before pulling into the car wash. I won't be back.
