Our Lincoln MKT was serviced quickly and thoroughly. Job well done. Customer service was exceptional! Darren was on top of things, thoroughly explaining what was done to our car and what was recommended. He was polite, professional, and funny! I enjoyed interacting with him briefly immensely. Bought new Nitto tires here and they failed in the first 30 days. They apparently have no pull with their sales rep or vendor and I'm basically on my own trying to fight for coverage. It's been 2.5 months and Nitto says it could be another 4-6 weeks before I even hear anything back. Not really helpful in the process or defending their customer. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought a second set from them.

Disappointed by online appointment software followed by service manager’s lack of empathy after I drove 60 miles for an alignment appointment made on their website. Manager blamed software but seemed fully aware of the issue and took no responsibility for communicating the software error despite having adequate time to do so. No offer to reschedule or compensate lost time and cost of the trip. I would discourage use of the website for scheduling.
