I brought my truck here due to a noise my gas kit, but they changed my starter even though it had no problem. Now I just had to pay to change that from a different shop. Absolutely ridiculous and a scam of a shop. Idk how they are still open and functioning.
View on GoogleVery Poor Experience – Do Not Recommend I own a 2025 Volvo VNL 850 with only 150,000 miles. The truck developed an air leak issue and was left at this Volvo service center. My truck stayed in the shop for 45 days, and during this entire period they failed to properly fix the air leak. I was called four different times and told the truck was “ready,” but every time I came to pick it up, a new problem appeared in a different area. Because the truck sat outside in cold weather for a long time, the battery completely died, creating yet another issue. Despite my truck being down for 45 days, I received no compensation, no support, and they did not even open a formal complaint or case on my behalf. Volvo truck parts are extremely expensive and very difficult to source, which caused excessive delays. A 45-day repair time for an air leak is unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel I was treated unfairly, and this experience has caused significant financial loss. I strongly do not recommend this service center, and honestly, I do not recommend buying new-body Volvo trucks at all. Please do not come here. Avoid this place.
View on GoogleWould definitely catch a another check engine light to go back. Super nice staff definitely felt welcomed, nice driver lounge. Talked to me in laymens terms about what my trucks problem was. I saw staff came to driver lounge on multiple occasions to talk with other customers about the repairs they were receiving, and give them updates. Which in my opinion speaks volumes about customer service.
View on GoogleCame here when the starter on my Hino went out, as well as getting some other work done while I was here. The staff is extremely friendly and likable. And in my opinion, the work is good quality and the prices are fair.
