First visit since moving to Waukee. Jeff was excellent to work with as well as a couple others on the team. The issue for this visit was a parking brake check light and rough stopping using the brakes. It was determined to be the rear brakes, front were ok and sensors ok. So they provided a quote based on what the rear repairs would need for parts and labor. We found them to be very reasonable. The work was done the same day. The car is driving like new regarding braking. All the issues were resolved. We will be returning.

They do not know how to make a schedule or communicate. All they know how to do is make excuses while unnecessarily keeping your car without working on it or ordering the parts in a timely manner. There’s no point in waiting around for a phone call because they won’t own up or make the effort to call. For a minor issue, they caused a lot of stress and hand ache. Because of their poor planning, they told me I could come temporarily pick up my vehicle on day 2 of them having it so I could run some errands. When they gave me back my car, I didn’t even make it down the block before the steering gave out because they didn’t put it back together properly. An already awful situation turned even worse even though they were trying to be nice by giving my car back for the night since the part wouldn’t be in until the morning. Because they had to order the part from the dealership, I will be taking my vehicle there from now on. Not worth wasting my time or money here anymore because of their poor planning and communication.

I contacted Lund Motors as they were highly recommended in a Mustang group in the Des Moines area. My 2006 GT still had the original shocks and struts and was in need of replacing. They also replaced the front brakes. I also had them install a strut tower brace when everything was buttoned back up. Handling is definitely improved and I can't wait for the summer cruising season. I'll definitely bring my Mustang back to Lund Motors when necessary.
