Hey yall!! I just wanted to drop in and leave a review for Jack and Austin at the jiffy lube in waukee, IA. Going there I was In distressed about getting an oil change for the right price because I haven’t gotten paid yet and Jack seen me outside of the shop and came outside to check if I needed service. I explained to him my situation and he got right on it. Offered great service at an affordable price. They both did such an amazing job I’m definitely a loyal customer from here on out. He won me over! Very respectful, nice and friendly. They got my oil changed done in like 15 minutes!! I know crazy right?? Lol but yes I’m definitely going back for sure and I encourage you to try them out. You won’t be disappointed!! Sincerely, A new customer!!!

Went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they got me in and out within 25 minutes. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I’ve been to all the Jiffy Lube locations in town, and all of them provide great service.

View on GoogleI got an oil change here and took it home and less than two hours later I had a good amount of oil on my garage floor. The Car has never leaked oil and was not informed of it during their inspection. I took it back only to be told “someone didn’t clean it up properly” “its just unfortunate.” the amount of oil isn’t just a few drops and leaked through the pan. They said there was more in the pan too when they pulled it off. The guy saying this was the one who worked on the car before. It’s a sign it wasn’t sealed properly not cleaning up properly. One of the workers most of the time was just on his phone watching then sat in my car txting while the car was off. My car is not your break room. No offer to make it right. It was poor service and now I get to try to get oil off the floor of my garage all because of negligence by your employees. Not to mention as I waited the second time a person called and it went to vm because they didn’t answer it. Ironically it was another customer upset about her service and the complaint got to play for the entire lobby to listen to. I have taken my car here multiple times and have had ok experiences, but I feel something changed. Update- the assistant manager called to offer to provide a product to clean the oil off the floor of my garage or come over to do it himself. They also stated the oil was checked to make sure the level was still good. Not really won over they offered to cover their mistake but not really make it right after two trips to make a $100 oil change passable.

My car is running as I expect and again I can’t state enough how comfortable I felt amongst the staff appreciative of you guys thank you.
