I have been there 3 different times. This last time was for an oil change, that they were running a holiday special. It was a great price. The time before my kid had curb checked the car to a curb in a snow storm.(somewhat my fault because I was running the car on basically racing slicks). I had stopped at another place and they told me there was nothing wrong. Dropped it off at heartland, they got back to me in a timely manner with what was wrong with the car. Told me the price to fix ( in line with the damage) and time it would take to fix. I bought tires there as well that day.. price and quantity of tires, I think are just as good as Costco. (I compared them at the time of purchase). The other thing I appreciated, is that they talk to you like a normal person. I’m pretty much DIYer and can fix most things on a car if I have time. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I was treated with very high respect. Also I was really amazed how they provided excellent service. They gave me the quote that they had given me with the promotional deal that they had the month before.
