They did a great job! I loved how smooth the process was on everything! Getting scheduled asap, friendly staff (not sure the front desk ladys name but she was on the left towards the garage and Cody too!), they handled everything from talking with the other insurance, having enterprise ready, explaining the process and what to expect, the carwise updates plus phone calls, and finally how well they did to repair my car. I will recommend Graham Collision to my family and friends!

Graham Collision in Waukee is hands down the best service I’ve had in a really long time. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. Katie was friendly and professional, handling the scheduling, insurance, and following up. Colby was great in communicating what they were doing. My car was completed days before their ETA and they even stayed late for me to get it on a Friday night. If that wasn’t enough, my car was sparkling as I walked to it and once I sat down I realized they had pretty much detailed the inside too! It was like driving out with a new car. I don’t remember the last time I’ve been so impressed with a company’s service. The team at Graham is above and beyond!

My car was towed there after an accident. They called me right away the next morning with next steps, how much it was estimated, and when I would hear from them again. They called with an end date supposed to be a week from then and my car was done WELL before that. They only had it for like 3 days. When the car was returned to me they had cleaned the inside and out, making it look like a brand new car. Everyone there was so easy to work with and very well communicative. They made the process so easy. Highly recommend to anyone!
