Deery Brothers Waukee Service Center

I want to thank Logan with the service department. I have a 1500 Dodge Ram truck and  my brakes went out headed to work. I called the service department Logan said, No problem, how do you want to get it here? We can pick it up. Roadside assistance picked up my truck and the service department got right on. Logan is a very respectful young man. He kept in contact the whole time while dealing with any issues with the truck. So I came into Deery Brothers of Waukee bright and early Wednesday morning to look for a Jeep. Kerry greeted me as I came in, and took the whole nervous part out of the equation by simple conversation and humor, in purchasing a new vehicle. I was shown, top of the line pre-owned selection and knew I found the Jeep of my dreams! Safety, four wheel drive and room for our future growing family is exactly what I wanted. Jason and Kerry both were informative about the selection of vehicles brought forth and I could not have been happier on the vehicle I chose. My wife and I have both purchased vehicles through Deery brothers, and will continue to recommend them to family and friends! Quit getting response from Chris 4 days now and Caily quit responding after the 20th. Poor customer service  especially when Chris said Tuesday he would get ahold of me  on truck that was going to be done  Wednesday he said,  still nothing,  sent 4 emails to Caily within 2 days, another 2 to Chris within 2 days and this is the 3rd day no response from either?🤔 I agree with the other bad review someone else wrote,  it's true. Now Chris has Tyriek emailing me saying (Chris is no longer there) supposedly, Tyriek couldn't even tell me new price after other was crossed out, like a scam. First I hear from them on when Im coming in and been there 3 times AND a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER at that place AND LAST.. Now they fade... This company doesn't work with you on payment with excellent credit like Chris had said and Caily in my email said. Never sat and talk payment yet. This how you treat everyone who comes in as a buyer asking questions? Oh well, guess this is how you do business.  Guess Stew Hansen is the best since I bought some in past from them except last time and will again along with one star review.  Also tried to get me to sign papers while there without discussion of payment ect.. they lowball you're vehicle and overprice the selling one. Haven't seen a vehicle listed as wholesale but yet they post as wholesale 🤔🙄 sure lost my business with them

Do not buy a vehicle from this company repeat do not buy a vehicle from this company they lie. They thrive on ripping people off. They've done it twice to us they do not keep their word on what they say the owner does nothing but talk smack about people. Horrible horrible dealership

Poor sales guy. Didn’t know his stuff. Gm was very kind but other than that, not a good experience.
