Dr. Silvers is an absolutely amazing doctor. She listens and gives such thoughtful and intentional care. I am a visual learner and I appreciate that she will take the time to draw out various situations so I can more fully understand what my body is experiencing or why a med will help. My boys trust her and prefer to see her because they feel most comfortable talking to her about absolutely anything. That’s saying a lot for a teenager and twenty something year old. We love and appreciate her so much. She’s an integral part of our family’s health and overall well being. (PS: We miss seeing our nurse Krickett — she knew all of our “things” and was so friendly. She made us all feel at ease as soon as we saw her smile. We never felt judged by any of our issues or a drudgery. Had to give her a shout out here since we don’t see her anymore. She’s an incredible nurse with the best positive, kind and caring vibe)

I have been going here for a longtime. I have been a loyal customer to Andrea Silvers. In more recent years she has gone through a lot of nurses and the one she has now is less than helpful and has the manners of a wet snake. Not helpful at all has been on the last few times I have reached out. I currently tested positive for influenza A and she acts like it’s no big deal not asking any questions and just blowing me off . Which is what she did on my previous call. I am not one to call unless I need to so I guess you guys have gotten so big you don’t give a crap about people and more. I hope the practice managers sees this as the previous time I called about an issues Wendy said we have you tried over the counter things I was like no I would like to make an appointment. She mad me feel so stupid and doesn’t seem to care I just decided to try and take care of stuff on my own . Andrea you and your nurses have gotten so bad about caring about people . I am ashamed to continue to drive down there from the ames area. Thank you for not caring about one of your patients and making me feel like I don’t matter and my health sure doesn’t matter to you . I would highly recommend no one going there . Very sad ! 😔 have been going there for at least 15 years and now feel like I need to be looking elsewhere. Thanks for not caring about my health needs. Wendy is the worse nurse you have ever had .

Time to darken the doctor’s door…hopefully someone will see me without an appointment!

Every doctor my son and I have seen are wonderful. Very kind, patient, listen, and answer all of my questions. Check- in is easy and the new Covid procedures mean no waiting in the wait room and I never wait more than 5 minutes for them to call me in. The front desk staff are friendly, but to the point and get you moving. Dr Chase and Kyle are our regular doctor and ARNP and both are amazing. Some nurses are more knowledgeable than others so sometimes I get different answers, but the ones we’ve seen are super nice. I also appreciate that I never feel judged, no matter my question or concern.

I first went to this clinic and saw Kenna, the PA. She was so caring, friendly, and understanding. I have since transferred my records from a Dr. of 22 years. I have seen 2 other physicians in this clinic and am very impressed with them as well as their entire staff. The doctors take their time to talk with you and understand you symptoms. They are thorough and explain what their diagnosis is, meds they may recommend, and answer any questions you have. The nurses love their job from the looks of it. They review you complete health history, get a thorough understanding of why you're there, and pass the information along to the doctor. They always answer their phone friendly and promptly. Check in is efficient as well. The front desk staff can make or break a business as they're the first contact you have with that office. These gals are top notch! I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family!
