I waited a year to calm before I made a review. I’m not calm. Terrible service. Took two years to complete my car. They had permission to fix my car and tune it. Whatever it needed they had approval without calling me with a cost if they didn’t want to. After the two years I got my car back with a shit tune. The supercharger wasn’t bolted down securely. They didn’t assemble several things on the car correctly. I payed $2800 for a diag for a tick that developed and a tune. Basically a VVT solenoid and tune. 2 years! And the car didn’t run right when i picked it up. They said I needed bigger injectors and fuel pump. I gave them an open check book. Frustrated I just wanted my car back. I’m not a pos so i payed my bill and left.

Brought them my 2015 wrx with a few codes and dead pedal symptoms so it was trailered there, they got it quoted and fixed within the same week and they had suggested a few other things to prevent future issues, would definitely go back and trust them with my car again as they were very upfront and reasonable on pricing

Best service and experience by far. I had an incident where I was away from home and needed someone to help my wife get our Honda Odyssey alternator fixed. I bought the car from here so I thought I would give Central Imports a call. They not only fixed the alternator but found another issue with our camshaft that would cost thousands, but did it for free since I bought the car from them! If you’re looking for a used car or want your car fixed you can trust these guys.

Sean is extremely knowledgeable about Hondas and takes pride in his work. He doesn't try to sell you parts you don't need and has fair up front pricing. There is nothing else I could ask for from a service center. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend central imports. I was not compensated for writing this review. Sometimes a business is just great and you gotta let people know.
