We recently bought a Subaru WRX from Performance Auto. When we first saw the car we were impressed at the job they did detailing the car and preparing it for sale. Sean walked us through the purchase, was very knowledgeable about the car, and made sure we had a good understanding of the vehicle. We were able to get the purchase done quickly with no pressure to buy add-one. The price was fair and process was easy. We had a small sensor problem shortly after the purchase. Sean got it right back in and took care of it quickly. We will go back to buy another car from Sean in the future, and we will recommend Performance Auto to our friends.

Took me a year to digest and calm down before I gave my review. I’m still not calm. I took my car for a Dyno tune. Car developed a tick. He advised me of the issue. He asked if he wanted him to fix it. I said yes. Fix it and tune it. Whatever you need to do. I didn’t ask a price because i didn’t care. Make the car right. If you need to do anything else just do it. 2 years later I got my car back with no tick but the tune is shit. My charger wasn’t bolted down securely. Several things weren’t put back where they belong. I didn’t ask the dude a $$$$ amount. I am so disappointed that i’m ready to put a brick on the pedal and send this car into the mississippi. If i accomplish anything in life it will be making sure everyone knows how terrible this place is.

These guys have worked on 2 of my civics now. Once they put a head gasket, water pump and timing belt in for me. This last time they replaced an oil pan, my clutch and did a valve adjustment. They're pretty quick and keep you in the loop when things come up. My current civic is somewhat rare and finding an oil pan was a pita. But I found one. It wasn't oem and didn't fit right. They called me and said they could make it work or could look for another. I had them work with what I provided and it's been holding up well. I replaced the hybrid battery after and it made it 500 miles that day with a garbage hybrid battery. I'm back to getting close to 50mpg with my civic hybrid. Thanks performance auto. You guys rock!

Jason was great to work with. He handled my situation great and I'm grateful for his help. I had a warranty on my car and as much as I know how annoying those companies are go work with...he still did. I had an oil leak and he took care of it no problem. When he had started my car he noticed a had an idler pully going bad...with out questions he added that to my warranty claim and took care of it. They do a great job...my car was clean and well taken care of. Thanks to Jason and all his staff. Thanks guys!
