Well, I'd like to start out by saying that the lady there.I think she is a manager doesn't act like she knows what she's doing at all. I had an employee.Call me and asked me if the fifty dollars was returned for the deposit on my card.I called back to let him know that it wasn't and she answered the phone. I tried to explain to her why I called.And apparently she wasn't understanding it because she kept asking me the same question over and over again and I kept explaining to her that I had just received a call from one of her employees.Asking me if I had received my deposit back. After going back and forth for a couple of minutes, she said, hold on, put me on, hold and never came back to answer the phone. I really don't believe I'll do business there again. Her attitude sucks and her customer service sucks.

View on GoogleI had a reservation for a rental that was canceled because the rental was broken and I was depending on it. I called to try to resolve the conflict and that's when Shane picked up. Shane is the most unhelpful, inpatient, and unfit to be a manager he had no idea what do to when I was talking to him on the phone l had a team of 12 people waiting on this rental and Shane seemed to have no interest in helping fix the issue he had no idea on what was going on and I love this store l've always counted on this store. Shane be embarrassed.
