Willis is amazing! We brought our truck in with $7,000 worth of damage-when the work was done the paint job and all the other body work was pristine and perfect. The interior was spotless and,really,the truck was better than when we bought it 3 years ago-it was like a new vehicle. Dana Delafield who worked with us through the whole process was "top drawer" and kept us updated pretty much day by day and helped in setting up a shuttle service to get us to the rental car agency. When I first saw the truck after it was all done I was totally blown away... Super job- Great work guys!!

I was surprised at how clean my car was both on the outside AND the inside when I got it back-I wondered if they did a mini-detail. Willis coordinated with my insurance company and communicated with me the repair estimates, repair dates, and maintained their timeline for the repairs. Had to bring my car in for paint work and (redoing PPF due to paint work). From start to finish, the experience was underwhelming at best. I communicated multiple times to the front desk that my car wasn't drivable and couldn't be brought in — yet they kept asking me to bring it in anyway. Basic listening shouldn't be this hard. Once the car was finally in, I had to chase the team repeatedly just to get responses and status updates. No proactive communication whatsoever. The PPF work was so poorly done it had to be redone — except "redone" apparently meant stretching the existing film rather than replacing it. The result is visible stretch marks above the hood line. On a car. That you can see. That's not a minor detail. Poor visible work raises an obvious question: what does the work look like where you can't easily see it? They also left dirt marks on the inside of the car roof where they had to do a PDR and soap water marks on the front of the car where the PPF was installed. Which leads to also question if the ceramic coat was properly applied and had time to cure before getting wet and washed. To top it off, I'm still waiting on the warranty information I was promised. Given this team's track record of not following through, I'm not holding my breath. Would not recommend.
