We were in Des Moines visiting a friend. We live 2 1/2 hours away. Got a flat tire and I put on our temporary spare. Knowing we couldn’t drive home on the temporary spare a friend recommended this Tires Plus. Called and they got us in right away. Got our tire repaired and put back on in less than an hour!! And only $36. They also put the temporary spare back in the well for it in the trunk. Courteous, quick efficient. I highly recommend them if you are in a bind. Would definitely go there again!!

I just took my vehicle in for new tires and an oil change to prepare for a long road trip. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and professional, Mike was very communicative about a couple of possible things I might want to replace before going but didn't do any of the pushy sales pitch stuff, just informative and transparent. The job was done super quick and well, and they made sure I was able to use any coupons/discounts they had available, would definitely recommend to anyone, but especially people who might not feel comfortable with car care and maintenance because they take the time to explain the pros/cons in an honest way.

Worst customer service experience ever. Will never go back. Made appointment for new tires only at 11 and when asked what time I'd like to pick up my car I told them 4 o'clock. Car was not done at 4, there were other people complaining about their cars not being done when I went in as well. Was told my car was next and to come back in a little bit. Car was STILL not done the next time I came back and was told they'd give me $100 off, great. Left without my car for a second time. Came back for attempt #3 and car was STILL sitting on the lift. Ivan told me they were about to take it down and it'd be 2 minutes. Fine, except during this 2 minutes, which was really almost 10, Ivan decides to make a phone call to another customer and was still on the phone when my car was ready. Instead of putting the customer on hold to ring me up real quick since you know, I was there first and this was now almost 6 hours after I had dropped the car off, he just keeps on talking and was smug as hell about it when asked if we could speed this up. Almost 20 minutes of him on the phone and he finally gets off and gets me checked out. Never got an explanation for why my simple tire change took so long, no apology for having to come back multiple times, no apology about keeping me waiting while he tried to make a sale on the phone, nothing. The $100 off was not nearly comparable to the headache of making multiple trips and the rude attitude I received in return for their own mistakes.
