Scott's Automotive in Des Moines, Iowa did a great job on our Chevy Colorado, a lot of overdue maintenance and repairs. We drive it a lot of miles every day and it is running great. They were also very flexible with scheduling and had extremely helpful office staff.
View on Googleleaving a review from both my experience and my dads experience (since he paid to get my car fixed) service was amazing! the guys are very friendly and helpful in answering all questions i had, and Pam at the desk is a hoot, i love her vibe! they were very quick to fix the coolant leak in my car and i haven’t had overheating problems since! they were also very thorough in checking for other potential issues with the car and gave a full report of everything that could be done for it to be fixed!🥳 the only concern, per my dad since he paid, is that he was charge 59.99 for a scan of the vehicle and its issues. i didn’t know that was a thing, but i know he’s pretty upset about it. other than that, i recommend scott’s automotive for quick and friendly service!

They make the car repair process feel manageable by showing three categories of what needed to be done immediately and what could wait until later. The entire crew was kind and helpful, I could not recommend their services more.

To start with my husband, Michael Pritchard brought his vehicle in because it would not start and he ended up having to have two new batteries. The day after I had a message coming on mine so my husband suggested I take mine into Scott’s also. I was supposed to leave for Minnesota That morning to spend Christmas with my daughter‘s family and they went above and beyond to work my vehicle in. I ended up having to have a new battery too. Neither one of us had a car so Jason gave me a ride home and then when they got both vehicles finished, Jason picked Mike and I back up to get our vehicles because we had no way to get there. It was exceptional service and so many caring friendly people…..Pam, Dustin and Jason were awesome! Thank you for your great service! Melissa Kain
