Before I even scheduled anything, they offered free troubleshooting over the phone — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable. You could tell right away these are people who care about more than just getting a car through the door. When my own repair attempts fell short and I called back to schedule service, Graham asked whether I wanted him to arrange towing or if I preferred to handle it myself. That small gesture meant a lot — in the middle of a stressful situation, having options and feeling respected made a real difference. When I arrived at the shop, Graham greeted me personally and reassured me they’d get to the bottom of it. That kind of calm, confident customer service is rare. And they delivered. I consider myself a fairly skilled DIY’er, and I had already replaced several sensors based on thorough research — but the real culprit turned out to be mice-chewed wires hidden in very inconspicuous places, causing shorts and cascading sensor failures. I honestly doubt I would have tracked that down in under a week. Graham and his team had it diagnosed and resolved quickly, and the vehicle has been running like new ever since. The work is solid, the prices are fair, and the whole experience leaves you feeling like you’ve made new friends rather than just paid a bill. Had an issue with our son's car and they was able to fit it in between other jobs and get it fixed that day. It now runs fantastically and I was able to take it on a long trip. We've been going here for more than 10 years and will continue to come back. Love these guys.

View on GoogleThey charge outrageous prices for repairs. First they tried to charge me 140$ for a part I could order myself for 35$. Then Mike the office manager said I was “holding them up” for picking up a car at 5:30pm when they close at 6:00pm. Maybe next time do your job without complaining. I’ve also seen them forget to put bolts and screws back in my engine mount. Be sure to double check everything.
