I used one of the coupons that I had received in the mail. I called them and made an appointment for an oil change. I work up the street from the business, it is a convient location. They dropped me off at work and picked me up after work. Excellent customer service!!! I have paid alot more for an oil change at other places and I didn't feel like the other places appreciated my business. I also had my check engine light come on, I picked up the part and the part was installed within minutes. Next time I need tires I know who to buy them from. Thank you for making me feel appreciated.

I've moved away now. However I am frustrated in trying to find "automotive electrical gurus" of the same caliber as Livingston's mechanics. Pepper and salted over the many years that, on occasion, that I used their services, they always came through with solutions to difficult to diagnose problems. I highly recommend them.

I took my vehicle here for the reasonable price. Suddenly I have coolant spraying out of the line when there was never a leak prior to leaving it with these guys. First day I dropped it off they didn't note the leak then I brought it back in a week later (after going to 3 different mechanics which never noted any leak because there wasn't one) for the noise that i originally took it in for. I was assured by rich that the noise would be gone by the time I picked it up, yet he called me several times throughout the day to tell me findings that weren't there prior and telling me the complete opposite side of my car was what needed replaced that wasn't on my first inspection(you already looked, just fix what i brought it in for). Picked up my vehicle 800 dollars later and Chad said he never gave me a quote for the noise. If I can find out how to post before and after pictures I will. Don't take your vehicle here unless you want someone with what I'm assuming was a hole punch or drill bit screwing up your coolant lines.

Their service, workmanship and advice are top notch, and it is the MOST HONEST auto shop I’ve ever encountered. All this, plus reasonable rates. Dennis Livingston started the business right out of high school, and although he is no longer running the show, his competence and love of all-things-cars are evident among the current mechanics.
