Can’t leave enough stars. Joshua and Peter went above and beyond. I have always taken my tuck to mechanics that didn’t answer my questions, or didn’t seem to care about what my concerns were. The team at limitless garage diagnosed all of my vehicles weird quirks, showed me detailed breakdown on pricing as well as recommendations, and then called me to go over what actually needed to be done vs what was recommended. They are the mechanics in des moines I’ve been searching for. Despite the location the have a very nice waiting room that is extremely clean. Walking into their shop you can tell they take extreme pride in maintaining a professional environment. The shop was extremely clean, and at the end of my service they washed the entire vehicle down which was way above my expectation. Can’t leave enough good info about them. I’ve been to way too many shops. Paid way too much for service. My family and I moved to Des Moines recently and I came across a shop that wasn’t popping up on Google search and they directly recommended Peter and Limitless Garage. When a shop is recommended by the owners previous boss, this speaks absolute volume on his quality of service. I have not been disappointed in any way so far and have more work getting done on our vehicle. Josh is extremely professional but down to earth. Regardless of your knowledge of vehicles, he has a way to explain the situation so anyone can comprehend it. Couldn’t ask for a better point of contact when you call in, text, or email. Peter is efficient with figuring out the problems and gets a path of execution formed up quickly and at a cost effective means.
