I inquired about the labor cost for replacing tie rod ends and was told I would receive a callback within 30 minutes—which never happened. When I followed up, I was quoted over $400 for labor alone, without parts, which is extremely overpriced for this type of job. On top of that, the shop refused to take my business unless I paid for an alignment, even though I already have a lifetime alignment package elsewhere. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and gave off low-energy, negative vibes. It was clear they were more interested in upselling than providing honest service. Stay away from this place—there are far better options with fair pricing and decent customer service.
