I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube this morning thanks to Eric. He was working alone, but still handled everything quickly and professionally without making me feel rushed or like my time didn’t matter. He stayed focused, efficient, and respectful the whole time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customer experience. Really appreciate the excellent service—thank you, Eric!
View on GoogleBuilding is super tiny and reeks of oil everywhere unlike the Ankeny location but that’s not really to the fault of the employees, however wasn’t a huge fan of the fact they were eating food in my car while doing my oil change, I get we all need lunch but bringing your takeout into my car is kinda gross. Other than that they did well, quick and easy.
View on GoogleI came in for a 15 minute oil change That turned into a one hour oil change when I inquired as to why they said my oil had to be vacuumed out of my oil pan because they were not allowed to pull the drain plug out. Something about being an aluminum oil pan I believe she said. On top of that they struggled to change my oil filter in my 2013 GMC terrain. I used a $20 coupon off the Internet, which brought my cost from $74 down to $52 which was good. I normally change my own oil and filter but today I do not want to get dirty as I had other plans for the rest of the day. I pull the drain plug out every time with no problem. also, I was told that my car required a 5W-30 weight oil but I wanted a 1030 oil in it as this is a higher mileage car so she had to go get this approved apparently.

View on GoogleWent for an oil change and they forgot to attach something at the bottom of my car. Went back and they supposedly fixed it. I did tell them going out of town next day. Of course it comes back down in Cincinnati Ohio and has to be secured with zip ties..that you guessed it..came right back down. Never been here before and never take my car anywhere but Kia, but they had no availability. NEVER AGAIN! ****update*** Thank you for replacing my part and resolving the issue. I appreciate your company making a wrong, right. We all make mistakes and I do appreciate you fixing the problem.
