I had an outstanding experience with the service department at Willis Automotive Jaguar, especially with Arvin as my service consultant. After experiencing a tire blowout, I had my vehicle brought in the very next day. Arvin immediately understood the importance of keeping me mobile and was able to provide a loaner vehicle right away so I could continue with my schedule uninterrupted. He quickly coordinated ordering a full new set of four tires and had an impressively fast turnaround getting my vehicle completed and back to me. What stood out most to me was his flexibility, understanding, and urgency throughout the process. Being in the service industry myself, I understand how difficult it can be to accommodate unexpected situations while balancing scheduling and operations, and Arvin handled everything exceptionally well. The facility itself was beautiful, professional, and welcoming, and the overall guest experience was top-tier from start to finish. I truly appreciated the level of care and customer service provided. Absolutely 10 stars. Thank you again, Arvin and the Willis Automotive Jaguar team!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin thanking Marion Mathew and the team here because this turned into one of the longest and most stressful situations I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my 2017 Jaguar F-Type R in after a catastrophic engine failure, and what followed was months of fighting with the warranty company over approvals, sourcing, delays, documentation, communication issues, and constant uncertainty. There were multiple points where the situation felt completely hopeless and honestly exhausting mentally. Through all of that, Marion consistently treated me with an incredible amount of patience, honesty, and kindness. What stood out to me most was that Marion never treated me like “just another customer.” She actually took the time to explain things honestly, gave me real advice on how to handle the warranty company, and helped provide statements/documentation that I could use during the claim process. At several points, it genuinely felt like the dealership cared more about helping me get through the situation than the warranty company did. One thing I really appreciated was that nobody here tried to oversell things or feed me fake corporate answers. They were straightforward with me even when the situation was difficult, and that honesty meant a lot because this process dragged on for months. Marion especially was incredibly patient with me through all the back-and-forth and stress. Once everything was finally approved, the dealership moved unbelievably fast. I was originally told the repair could take around three weeks, but they managed to complete the engine replacement in a little over a week after approvals came through, which honestly shocked me considering the scale of the repair and the fact the car received a brand new OEM Jaguar engine. What really pushed me to write this review though was how they treated me after the repair was already finished. I had already flown back to California before transport for the car was arranged, and Marion and the dealership were still willing to help me by holding onto the vehicle and coordinating with my transport company during the delay. They absolutely did not have to make that process as easy on me as they did, especially after how complicated the entire situation had already been. After months of stress, frustration, and uncertainty, Marion was genuinely one of the only consistent bright spots throughout the entire experience. She treated me like a real person the entire way through, and I honestly don’t think I’ll forget that. Huge thank you to Marion Mathew and everyone involved for all the help. Once again, I cant thank all of you enough, and in the future if i have the choice ill definitely be coming back around.

I bought a used Jaguar F-type and brought it in for an inspection. I was given a thorough and clear report. They helped me prioritize needed service. Very easy to work with!

The absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I drove 8 hours to pick up a car, it was not ready when I arrived, I had to wait another hour for them to get paperwork together and car detailed. ( they had 2 days to have this ready) Then once the sale was done Willis held back an overdraft check from me for the amount of $3,060.84. The check was to be reissued, but 30 days I have nothing but excuses. I now have to get an attorney involved, buying a car should be an enjoyable experience. Something you will not receive from Willis Automotive.

By far the best costumer service we have ever had during any purchase of a car! Likely gained lifelong customers! The entire team we worked with was kind and personable. The customer service that they provide is above and beyond. Our initial experience was amazing. Since we purchased our vehicle we have run into issues and terribly slow or no response at all. We had service scheduled and no one showed up to get our vehicle and no one would respond to the emails. The promises made upon purchasing are definitely not delivered after vehicle purchase which has been disappointing.
