On a 400 mile trip from Omaha to Clinton Iowa. Truck was making a weird noise while turning. Stopped in to get my dif fluid checked (some fluid was sprayed on the rear differential housing). Guys took me in and checked my truck out immediately. Fluid level was good so they sent me on my way without even charging me. Great service super friendly staff. Thank you guys!

It’s amazing to see a Team who cares enough to explain the why behind what is needed. I love the vibe between those who work there including the technicians. They keep it lively and get the work done quickly. Not to mention they are fairly priced. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your repair needs.

View on GoogleI just buy my truck March 2025 from Dodge dealership. It’s a new truck. Also my first chance I do on this shop and this is my fourth time to do the oil change. I will surprise when they don’t have good customer service and they do some bad thing in my truck when they change the oil filter they keep the oil filter losing and they keep the old seal on the engine when they place the oil filter And after couple days, I smell bad in my truck and that smell keep my chase And my lung heart breathing so after that I take to the shop I was over the road like about Away and then when I take to the shop the technician over there they find this issue and they say I cannot touch anything, but I’m gonna try to just type the oil filter for you and he had almost 4/4 of the oil and then I have to drive back to my Iowa, where is the shop look at it and take me like 45 days to complete with my customer and last day before I go to the shop early morning I check The oil I add other three-quarter and I keep wipe the oil from the amount the engine and inside and outside and when I go to the shop, the customer service has been very bad specially, the manager when the technician he They was loving and they don’t care and look like they do investigation with me but right now I just called my attorney and I will share all of this issue with our group for TRUCKING group and please if you go to the shop, you have to make sure your truck on the safe side
View on GoogleFriendly staff and clean shop. Some pressure with upselling. Wasn’t clear how much filters and other items would be until service was completed and it was overpriced. Felt like we were over charged for filters. Service techs do not wipe down spilled oil all over motor and didn’t clean up my semi after service. Overpriced service for a quick lube. Housby sent me an email requesting me to complete a survey with a request to copy/paste their positive post. I don’t do reviews or surveys in that manner nor should they ask me to. Shame on the owner.
