Honest Wrenches Automotive Repair

This is my first experience with Honest Wrenches and they have been outstanding. Every person is kind and they seem to work together like a well oiled machine (pun intended). The communication and transparency really sets them apart from others in the industry. I appreciate all of it- they actually ALL seem to WANT to be there and love their jobs as well as want your business. Should you desire, it also seems that you could maintain some feelings of anonymity or be treated as one of their family- you feel in charge the whole way. The pricing seems to be on average lower than national chains, though I haven't had a lot to compare so far. We found this company because we needed a second opinion on a major repair and my husband's several AI references suggested Honest Wrenches as a clear winner- and they ARE! We will be bringing all vehicles here in the future, despite it being a much further drive for us, just because they rock! *note when navigating to this location- there is a clearly marked sign, but it is slightly confusing since there are a couple of residential appearing buildings out front, but it is, in fact, a full on business back there! Trust your GPS! And trust ME, you wont be disappointed by switching to them! If anything, you'll be disappointed you didnt find them sooner. But let's keep this between us, because they currently work pretty quickly and I want to keep it that way! Though I'm sure they will find a way to still rock if they grow even more.

Had my oil change and AC checked at Honest Wrenches and the whole experience was excellent. Communication was great from start to finish, and the pickup and delivery service was absolutely spot on. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. My vehicle was returned running great, and I really appreciated the professionalism and convenience. Highly recommend!

I had my 2015 Ram 2500 in for an A/C issue and was extremely impressed with the service from Honest Wrenches. What stood out most was their communication. I received updates throughout the process, inspection reports were sent electronically, and every question I had was answered promptly and professionally. After the initial repair, I drove the truck home and discovered the A/C was still blowing hot air. I texted them that evening, and instead of making excuses, they immediately took ownership of the problem. They brought the truck back in, prioritized it the next morning, found that a failed desiccant bag had clogged the condenser, corrected the issue, and thoroughly tested the system before releasing it. They even covered the additional work at no charge because they felt it should have been caught before the truck left the shop. The A/C is now blowing cold and strong, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Any shop can make a mistake, but what matters is how they handle it. Honest Wrenches was honest, responsive, accountable, and genuinely committed to making things right. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicles back in the future. Highly recommended.

94 degrees and the AC took a dive while traveling from out of state. Called a company that was near me at the time. That company was unable to service my vehicle and referred me to contact 'Honest Wrenches' which was the next town off the highway. Called Honest Wrenches and they were able to get my vehicle serviced and back on the road in a timely manner. The biggest perk (besides the AC repair) was using their loaner vehicle so that my grandson and I didn't have to wait on site. I highly recommend this company! I almost went to Costco or Sam’s Club for tires, but I am so glad I chose Honest Wrenches instead. Sure, the big box stores may save you a couple bucks, but you really do get what you pay for. Honest Wrenches gave me amazing customer service, better communication, and quality work that actually made me feel like my vehicle mattered. No long lines, no confusion, and no feeling like just another number. My new tires ride great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely worth it!
