My wife and I have always been satisfied with the service we have received from Hilltop. No one likes to have to get car repairs - the time spent waiting without your vehicle and the expense of it all can be frustrating. But, we feel like they have always been straight with us about what is needed right away and what could wait, which we have appreciated. It makes the process a little easier to plan for, in regards to our time and our budget.

Trustworthy and kind are also the words that describe my experience with Hilltop. The prices are competitive. The best reason to take my vehicle to Hilltop is I leave feeling safe after all is done.
View on GoogleThis trip was minor, and in 2 previous trips I took my car in worried that something bad was going on and both times they said, basically, 'Nah it's just this little thing' and then it set me back like $30. They could have said $300 and I'd have believed them. That kind of honesty is why I trust them when they tell something is truly wrong. Happy my friend recommended Hilltop when I first moved back to Des Moines.
