Excellent service & fair pricing. My 3rd time bringing in my old F150 in for various issues over the last couple years; this last time to replace brakes pads and a rotor. Quick turn around & less costly than I thought it'd be. I'm very pleased with the outcome, as I have been previously, and give the highest recommendation.
View on GoogleI do not recommend doing business with Joe Frazier DBA The Handy Helper based on my horrible experiences. I paid thousands of dollars for repairs, including purchasing a new engine, and still received my truck back in significantly worse condition. The vehicle was kept for nearly a year, and during that time I discovered it had been driven for personal use when it was supposed to be towed to another mechanic. When I finally got it back, it had multiple new issues: an oil leak, non-functioning air conditioning, visible dents and scrapes, and serious alignment problems that will cost even more to fix. On top of that, my original engine has not been returned, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I trusted this business to do the work honestly and professionally, and that trust was not met. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

Joe has volunteered to help the lady out due to her situation... He is such a kind hearted person. He will have all of our vehicle repairs from this day forward...
