Chelsi was fantastic with setting up my appointment and checking me out at the end. The manager came by to explain some issues they noticed and even scheduled those at the check-out. The entire process was very informative and transparent. Thanks will definitely recommend
View on GoogleI just paid over a thousand dollars for front brakes on a 2007 Honda Civic. The parts alone on the receipt came to $600 (brake pads, rotors and calipers). But when I looked up the NAPA parts (same place they get theirs from) the parts added up to under $300. I confronted the guy over the phone with this and he casually said "We always charge the customer more for parts than we pay for them." ...well at least he was honest about it! So Freedom Tire does a good job, but common practice there is to charge the customer at least double what they just paid for the parts.

At first, I was hesitant to take my car to a corporate chain, but I quickly discovered that they were anything but conventional. Over the years, I've owned several cars, and I refuse to take them anywhere else for service. The location is convenient, it’s easy to schedule appointments, and the prices are always reasonable. I won’t go anywhere else!

I had a tire issue and expected the usual upsell, but they were completely honest and gave me multiple repair options—none of which made them any money. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about helping customers instead of just making a sale. Highly recommend them for their honesty and great service!
