They always do an excellent job with maintenance and repair on my vehicle. I have been using their services since early 2024 and have never been disappointed. I highly reccomend Dale's to everyone who has a vehicle!
View on GoogleDale Wright Auto Shop truly saved Christmas! As a mom getting both herself and the kids ready to travel for the holidays, the last thing I needed was car trouble. I noticed one of my tires slowly losing pressure and assumed it was just the cold weather, so I let it slide. When I stopped for gas and to fill the tire with air, I discovered a nail lodged in it. It was midday, the day before Christmas Eve, and I started calling around for help. Hyundai sent me to an unhelpful AI scheduler. Costco’s phone rang endlessly because it was lunch hour. Then I called Dale Wright — and they answered on the first ring. The sweetest receptionist immediately told me to bring the car in and assured me they’d take care of it. They absolutely did. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness, responsiveness, and excellent service during such a stressful time. I will happily recommend Dale Wright Auto Shop to anyone who needs vehicle assistance. Thank you for truly saving Christmas! 🎄🚗

View on GoogleWhen my daughter called me and told me she had a check engine light blinking, I happened to be at my mechanic in south-central Iowa. He told me that since my daughter was in the metro she needed to take her car to Dale Wright Tire & Auto. I called and talked to Dale and he let me know that typically they try to get vehicles in and out in 24-48 hours. I met up with my daughter today and we dropped off the car and I received a call around 4P telling me that they figured out why there was a blinking light. We also asked them to check over the car and they did. Everything looked great and the car was ready to go!!!! Same day!!!! Dale was VERY fair with the pricing. He was kind and understanding of my young adult daughter. My daughter was also very impressed and felt comfortable about everything with this establishment and how they do business. Thank you for your service and I'm sure you will be seeing her again!!! And, if I run into vehicle issues when I'm in the metro, I know where I'm taking my vehicle!!!! Thank you sooo much!
