My Subaru was misdiagnosed at another shop. I was told it would probably need an engine replacement. They also said that they weren't super familiar with Subarus and recommended Chamberlain. Chamberlain were very professional, thorough and fast. In the end, the engine was fine. They recommended a couple of services given the mileage which I chose to do.We will definitely be taken our cars here moving forward as we are a Subaru family and they clearly have the knowledge!

On a recent Thursday I needed to have my Toyota Camry evaluated after noticing an oil leak on my garage floor. I have used Chamberlain Automotive before and knew I could trust them to be honest with me on any repairs that might be needed. I talked to Matt on the phone and they were able to get my car in the same afternoon. Matt did talk through things with me over the phone first and I felt comfortable driving it to downtown Des Moines from Waukee. Matt explained if an oil diagnostic was needed what the cost would be. After working on my car, Andrew called me and explained what they had found. The only thing wrong was that it appeared that the oil pan plug was not "torqued" correctly with the previous oil change that I had had done four months ago at a different automotive shop in Waukee. Andrew also did the winterizing check on the Toyota and explained what he found and the guys were also able to get my hood open that was stuck and lubricated so that it works great now. The last two items were at no charge. The charge for the oil situation was very reasonable, and even less than what I had been quoted. I truly appreciate the guys at Chamberlain's for their knowledge, expertise and patience with explaining everything related to what my car needs. I know I am done taking my car for basic things like an oil change to the fast place right up the street from me. I look forward to working with Chamberlain's again when I need an oil change or anything.

They do a great job. My Grand caravan wouldn't start because of a fried cord connected to my battery; Was their accurate diagnosis. I knew it was something like that. They also gave me a list of other things that needed attention. Their service was fast, affordable and complete.

This shop was recommended after a small mishap with my car during my work day as a nurse home visitor. I wasn’t able to go far without needing an immediate repair. The staff/mechanics were professional, kind, and efficient. They made a rough afternoon much smoother! Highly recommend. I hope I don’t need to see them any time soon, but if another car repair or maintenance is needed, I will definitely trust my vehicle to them!
