SEPTEMBER 2025 0 stars. Do not take your car here. They changed my spark plugs (tuesday sept 16th) and told me my car was ready the next day. When I picked it up every single service light was lit up on the dash, the rpm was high and it would stall when given gas. I took it back immediately, they brought it back in the garage and popped the hood, I stood there for 20 30 mins thinking it should be a quick fix since all they did was put on spark plugs. I look back in and realized every single person went to lunch without one word to me. They take the full hour too. When i finally ask the ast manager what is going on he said now they are waiting for a part. They had my car 3 more days (I have voicemails)and said day one they changed $700 coils but still couldnt identify the problem. Then they said other codes were coming up after the botched spark plugs and that Chevy had to come in to do an emc reset. Well those codes weren't coming up before they touched my car but they wouldnt give me a straight answer and expected me to believe it is unrelated. Thursday the 18th I had to bring in my i.d. so the manager could take a picture of it with his cell phone, he said its a new requirement from chevy to prevent fraud. Chevy did not make it there until the next day, friday the 19th. But then they said he (person from Chevrolet)came and left and was supposed to be back that night but cant so now he will be in Saturday to finish it. Friday when I called nobody would pick up so the customer service line got them on the phone for me to ask about my car and their phone line had so much static I couldn't hear anything they said so I had to go in person to ask whats going on. nobody called me Friday at all. So when I just showed up after the phone wouldn't work at about 515pm Friday, the ast manager said he hasnt seen anything like this and admitted to having no clue whats going on. He also said Chevy is coming back Saturday. So late Saturday afternoon they left me a voicemail saying my car is ready. They did not charge me or the warranty company anything beyond the spark plugs so they knew this was their fault. I dont believe for one second they would have Chevy go out there and reset the emc out of their pockets if they did nothing wrong. Who knows if anything they told me even true. I picked my keys up Saturday and I picked my car up Sunday sept 21st. And after all that the worst part is when I needed documentation to get reimbursed for the rental I had to get so I could take my kids to school and go to work , they flat out refused. They wont give me any documents saying they had my car from the 17th -21st. They acted like I should be grateful for all the work they put in my car that didnt cost me even though it was their incompetent workers that lack basic mechanic skills that caused all of this. Tom the manager and the asst manager are very unprofessional and this business is ran by lying scam artists that shouldn't have jobs. This is a shining example of why mechanics and repair shops get a bad reputation, because of people like this. Don't ever take your car here. if your warranty only covers certain places, go to a different car x. They lie without hesitation, are incredibly unprofessional and cant even change spark plugs at car x at 4001 ne 14th st

I am a 66-year-old disabled that uses a walker to get around I've been a customer with that store for over 20 years I was not very happy with my service that I got I would check into my drive card and see if I could get the limit increased I was denied the increase and I told the mechanic that on the phone that I have been denied he told me about the other card so when I went up to see about trying for the new pay tomorrow card come to find out in the conversation he had already fixed it if things didn't work out I was going to take my car and tow it back home and pay for the diagnostics he tried to tell me that I told him for approval and then your clerk had in there to say oh yeah we got it on recording I told her I know what I said then I repeat it what I said to him so all in all I feel like I got bullied into a cell because how could he assumed that I was going to be qualified for the other card and you know what something is the mother of all screw-ups he told me to my face well then I guess I'll have to take the starter back out and I said fine and where's my starter that you took out over there on the table so all in all I did not appreciate being bullied into a final sale. Now what if I had not been able to qualify play tomorrow card then what in the past when I got approved for the drive card it was done and approved way before the work was even done once I qualified with the drive card in the past the whole point is nothing was processed or approved or check for qualification all that was done before the work was done that did not happen yesterday everything was done before I was even qualified for the new card I feel bullied after 20 years of loyalty to your store and I repeat listen to my phone call on Monday let me check to see if I can get an increase on my limit on my drive card and I will call you back I did not say go ahead and fix it when I'm working on the finances why would I be that stupid to tell someone to fix it for the 20 years I've been there like I said all financial approvals was done before the work was done.
