Jim is an absolute gem. He is kind and communicative. I received great service from start to finish, starting with him offering me a ride to the rental car agency because they didn't have anyone available for pickup. Then at completion of my repairs, him assisting me in transferring boxes of supplies and materials from the rental to my car. He communicated midway through repairs, providing me with an update on repairs and when I could expect completion. And the receptionist is just as amazing, just super sweet and welcoming. I hope I don't need to see them again but if someone decides to play bumber cars again with my car, I'll be returning to this location.

I will say this time it was a great experience. Got the jeep in and it was completed the following week. I was kept updated on the progress. Everything looked great! 2 years ago was with a different jeep was a little more frustrating being post covid. Parts were harder to get and took longer but the jeep came back looking great! I do recommend them!
