Mike and the guys at Brads Complete Auto Care are top shelf! Very knowledgeable and thorough when I brought my vehicle in for "a strange noise". They were able to diagnose my problem and get me safely back on the road fast. They took the time to listen to what I had to say, and took care of EXACTLY what my car needed. Prices were good, and my experience- even better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the guys at Brad's Complete!

Totally took advantage of two ladies from out of state. We had an engine light come on and had the diagnostic code revealing poor exhaust flow. took it to Brad’s. They said sure they could squeeze us in. Said they needed to clean out the valves which would take a while. Had the car all day. Picked it up right at closing. Told us then that it actually needed a part and charged $300. Couple miles down the road the engine light is back on! Come to find out, Brad’s place did NOT clean out any valves as promised. Also found out from two other mechanics that the part did NOT need replaced. When we got back home we had the valves cleaned out and only paid $180. Brad's has been great; I just had a dead battery in my car. Got it towed there, and they got it all fixed up the next day, no appointment and only charged for the new battery. They have also done other short/no notice repairs for me. Super nice folks and great at getting you back on the road.
