Was recommended to Beckleys by a friend who told me he trusts their honest quality work. My recent experience with them was great. Brought in my Mercedes for suspension work and the final bill was less than expected as they found some of the additional work wasn't needed. This kind of shop is hard to find. Definately will be a repeat customer.

I specifically liked the completeness of communication by the service advisor using their app to approve or decline services. Since I have a fleet of vehicles I have a lot of experience with auto repair shops and I would rate this one as great!
View on GoogleAs a new customer, I was disappointed with the overall experience. From the start, communication was lacking. When I dropped off my car, I wasn’t greeted and had to wait while advisors finished phone calls just to hand over my keys. Throughout the process, my assigned service advisor never proactively called me — all updates came via text, including a $5,000+ repair estimate, which felt impersonal for such a large amount. After approving $1,500 in priority repair (throttle to body hose), I received no updates about part being delayed until I called myself. I had to track the shipment on my own using a screenshot they uploaded after I inquired. When the car was finally ready, it stalled as I tried to leave the lot. The advisor briefly took it back, then said it “computer just needed to re-learn,” but the car is still shaking at startup 48 hours later. I felt more like a burden than a customer. Clear communication and basic follow-ups would have made a big difference and kept me a customer with them. Tim was the only staff member who was consistently helpful and responsive, which is why this is a two-star review instead of one. While I don’t mind paying for quality repairs, I prefer transparent pricing and actual conversations — especially when spending thousands of dollars. But they wont care..one bad review vs 1.8K im sure theyll just move on to reviewing golf packages in Costa Rica infront of other customers like they did with me
View on GoogleI brought my range rover in because it was having motor issues - another shop told me it was likely the whole motor and to take it to range rover service. I came to Beckley instead and they found that it was a simple fix that ended up only being $700 - first time they looked at it! Service the whole time was wonderful and they were so easy to work with and helpful! I'll always come here from here on out!!!!
View on GoogleTook my car in when the AC went out. They made sure to be thorough during inspection and texted and called me throughout the process about what repairs needed to be done. Parts came quickly and I was only without my car for two days. They also offer a shuttle service to drive you home and bring you back to pick up your vehicle. Will be back again. Thanks!
