While traveling through Iowa in our 40ft diesel pusher we noticed serious cupping wear on a front tire both on the inside and outside flat and on the inside wall even more so. It was alarming! We called Bauer Built for tire and service availability and they had 6 BFGoodrich tires and time right away to install. After the work was done our rig wouldn't air up in the front. Danny and Stavros were hands on helping us to diagnose the airbag failure quickly. After we Fedexed 2 airbags overnight, the manager Don, (who gave us a great bbq recommendation-Sunny D's) invited us to stay overnight in their enclosed lot and Danny installed them as soon as they arrived, mid morning. They graciously allowed us to fill our fresh water tank and we were off by a little after 1pm. From the Service Writer to the Store Manager and in between we were treated with attention, alacrity and kindness. From the prices of the tires and service as well as the labor for the airbags we felt blessed to have discovered this regional company from the road. We feel confident to use them again as we travel routinely through the Midwest. They were outstanding!

I was a first time customer here, and they made an excellent first impression. (It was my dog’s first time at a tire shop and she seemed to enjoy it also, but she doesn’t speak English so idk)
