Had a water pump go out suddenly on me, coolant all over the engine block and radiator fan and steam coming out of the engine well. Most shops were already closed but I messaged Seth and he got back to me pretty quick. Towed it over the next day (which was his birthday btw) and he had it done by the evening. Showed me every step of the way, the prices on parts, where he was getting them, when he got them, and didn't upcharge on parts. Gave me a full breakdown of every cost individually and tallied up, super easy to understand. Overall amazing experience, and just a swell guy all around. 10/10

Seth is seriously the best! I’ve had so many issues the past few months with my 2014 Chevy Cruze, and he has been so quick and professional with servicing my vehicle. I always get super fast responses from him at all hours of the day, and he always does great work with very quick turnaround! He doesn’t up-charge for parts, and will always send me videos explaining what’s wrong with my car so that I know EXACTLY what he is talking about. So grateful I found such a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic in town! :)

I messaged this business and got a reply within a few seconds. Very prompt and able to help save me money by keeping me from paying a tow bill before I even made it to his shop. When I got my car there, they took over and had a diagnosis and fair estimate that matched what we originally discussed before I got my car there. Very very reasonable on the price and very quick to get the repairs done thoroughly. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Seth was amazing! He was incredibly friendly, communicative, and kept us updated every step of the way by sending videos throughout the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. And yes… 24-hour service is legit 😂 Everything was done quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated since we were eager to get back on the road. Highly recommend—10/10 experience!
