I bought new tires but only 3 could be put on due to lug nuts being sheered of. I was working with Zach Liter. I told him how much money I had to spend. And he got the service to cost right around that price. Then when they took the tire off the hub was broken. So there went that budget!!! Zach told me of a company that would finance the total bill. I filled out the application and was accepted!! My car was fixed shortly after I was accepted. I couldn’t believe it. It was a smooth transaction. Without Zach’s knowledge and experience my car would still be up on the hoist. A big THANK YOU to Zach and his technicians. I would recommend this auto repair shop to everyone!! The employees are great and they make you feel comfortable. I know nothing about cars. Zach explained everything to me. I was at a loss when the bill was over $500 and Zach told me how I could take care of it again thank you Zach.

I talk with a guy his name is Tyler. I ask him for a quote to change my rotors in the car Honda Civic 2007 he say that he cannot give a quote on the phone and hang up the phone on my face. I don’t recommend to nobody about this place a scam place.

I’ve been coming to this location on and off for the last 4 years for regular maintenance items. Most recently (March ‘26), my Honda started throwing a code for misfiring, so contacted AAA who recommended me here. Zach was able to get me in quickly and had the initial problem fixed within a couple days (misfiring and oil leak). The customer service end and communication with Zach (store manager) was great-they came across a couple other issues while fixing the original problem and were very quick to give me a heads up and fix options moving forward. Additionally, they provided me photos of things they found so I knew it wasn’t just an attempt to fish for me to get unnecessary repairs done. We came across one other oil pressure issue at the end which Zach and his team made right. I will continue to come here as a customer due to the good lines of communication and efforts that went forward to make sure I was taken care of as a customer.

0 stars!! Do NOT bring your vehicle here, unless you have endless amounts of money and like to be lied to!! Horrible terrible very bad no good place! Took my sons car here for overheating issue, they diagnosed we accepted service charged $6000. + Took it home, son said it didn’t feel right, we called and brought it back, they called back said they looked it over everything was right. So of course we went to get it. Couple days later the car has dumped antifreeze all out! Of course brought it back! They looked it over and said he needs a new engine! Of course another 10,000 dollars+! Zach (the manager) 😳 then said that it was our fault we refused the block test from the very beginning which is a LIE! They never suggested that or we would’ve done that and saved at least $6000 dollars!!! Also, Pat apparently the owner, could also care less, and maybe he’s the one that told Zach to LIE! Doesn’t matter now just want to warn everyone! Wish I would’ve have been warned!! 🤬

Zach was so kind, fixed my car taking into consideration my budget. He even provided me a ride home. He went out of his way in all respects and I would not take my car anywhere else for repairs. They are a 10 in my book!
