All Drive Transmission

I showed up at All Drive Transmission’s doorstep 4.5 hours from home with a partially loaded gooseneck trailer and a truck that wouldn’t shift past 4th gear. They immediately gave me a place to park the trailer and made time that same afternoon to start troubleshooting. The next morning (Tuesday), they did a deeper inspection and pulled the transmission pan. With a damaged valve, a malfunctioning solenoid module, and plenty of shiny metal swirls in the fluid, it was clear the truck needed a new transmission. I was quoted a price and told it would likely be ready sometime Friday. Their team got to work right away, pulling the transmission and flushing the transmission cooler system and lines that same day. The Road Ripper 3000 transmission arrived Wednesday afternoon, and the team jumped right back on it. I received a call Thursday morning letting me know the truck was finished, had been taken on two test drives, and was ready to go — a full day ahead of schedule. After picking it up, I spent the next 8 days on the road traveling 3,577 miles while pulling various loads, including 14,000 lbs of steel products from Rock Island, Illinois to McAllen, Texas. The transmission never skipped a beat and ran like new. Considering my time constraints, the team had my truck ready earlier than expected, and the final bill was exactly what I had been quoted. Eric was extremely thorough and professional, walking me through everything step by step. The staff was courteous, quick to answer questions, and made sure I was taken care of while I was stranded far from home. I had a transmission failure that was 100 percent my fault. Eric at All Drive Transmission was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They had a transmission in stock and Eric told me he could have my vehicle back to me within a couple of days. During the final test drive Eric was not satisfied with how the rebuilt transmission performed. Instead of pushing it out the door, he stayed late into the night to pull it back out and make it right so he could still meet his promised deadline. That level of professionalism and pride in workmanship is rare. All Drive delivered exactly what they promised and then went above and beyond. They have earned a customer for life and I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.

Hands down the best in the industry! The most experienced mechanics with great service. I’m from Canada was in Des Moines for work and my truck broke down before the weekend. Eric and his staff worked there magic picked up a new transmission and even worked the weekend to get me back on the road. Absolutely the best!

My family and I can’t thank All Drive Transmission enough.
