Man, I was a first time customer today and I’m in the midst of a move. I called up to Westside to see if they could get me in to even look at what was going on with my truck. I talked with Jen, and she was sooo helpful and so friendly. In the midst of this move money has been so tight, so of course my truck had to break down. I wasn’t able to cover the fix that was needed, and Joe ended up taking care of everything for me! He fixed the problem, plus made sure my truck was 100% ready to be road safe for this move. I genuinely don’t think the people here at Westside realized how much they helped me and how much they blessed me today. They were so quick about making sure I was taken care of and did everything in their power to make sure I left happy and satisfied! I have a few friends and family in this area and I will be telling everyone how AMAZING you guys are! I genuinely can’t thank you guys enough!

Matt was amazing! He tested my battery and answered all the questions I had very respectfully and even explained how the process goes and what he was doing during each step. He cleaned my terminals for me and tightened them and I was back on the road. Thank you for such amazing service!

They showed up quickly and the process was easy as can be. The tow-driver, Tanner, even went above and beyond for us! He offered to look under my hood, and he found out what the problem was before I even got my vehicle to a garage. Customer service doesn't get any better that.
