We had a mouse chew a wire that disabled our van. We are used to having two vehicles and the freedom that gives us to do our daily activities. This happened on a Tuesday and originally we were told that it would be Friday before they could get to it. Much to our delight Acheson was able to get it back to us a day earlier than promised. Everything was fixed and the mice have been evicted.

View on GoogleMy wife and I were halfway on a trip from southern Illinois to Des Moines when our car overheated because it developed a coolant leak. We managed to keep it full enough to make it to Des Moines late Saturday afternoon. We cadged rides with family for Sunday events. Family recommended Acheson as the place to get the car worked on. We called Acheson on Monday morning (the day we had planned to leave). They said they were busy and short two technicians, so they could make no promises, but to bring it in. They got it in the shop and diagnosed the problem within a couple hours and replaced the water pump by late afternoon. We only had to stay one extra day, which we enjoyed visiting with family. The staff were wonderful and the work top notch!
