Let’s be honest — no one wakes up excited to deal with car repairs. But my experience at Brakes Plus was surprisingly great from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t make me feel like I needed a minor in mechanical engineering to understand what was going on. They explained everything clearly, kept the conversation easy to follow, and managed to make the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable with their personable attitude and great sense of humor. It’s not every day you leave a car repair appointment smiling, but they made it happen. A huge shoutout to Mike, Phoenix, and Tim — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood the work being done, and treated me with respect the entire time. It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. The service was quick and efficient, and my car feels better and safer than ever. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was smoother than my brakes are now. If you want honest service, good pricing, and a team that treats you like a person instead of a walking invoice, this is the place to go. 10/10 — would absolutely trust them with my squeaky, slightly dramatic vehicle again.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Brakes Plus for a few years now and have always been very pleased with the service. Tim is an excellent service advisor — professional, honest, and great to work with. Recently, I noticed a squealing noise while braking, so I brought my vehicle in to have it checked out. The Brakes Plus team inspected everything thoroughly, and when they found that everything looked okay, they handed me back my keys and didn’t charge me for the inspection. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!

Ive struggled at various dealerships with various vehicles and this was by far the smoothest, most well informed and honest experience I've had. Everybody was very polite kind and had no problem explaining the issues to me and what was essential vs future problems helping me save some money all in one go. (As a bonus I was able to have a conversation with Tim about some of his cool cars and engines he's built, def gotta ask about the foxbody if you come in)

SEP 10, 2025 Scheduled maintenance for my 2023 Nissan Frontier. My observations; - The website was intuitive and easy to schedule a next day appointment - Extremely clean waiting room and reception area - Friendly front desk staff, I was greeted promptly at the scheduled appointment time - I got the best coupon for my oil change, no haggling required. - The price was extremely competitive - I didn't get an up sell for unnecessary services. - My truck was ready for pickup 3 hrs earlier than expected. - Overall, a fantastic automotive service experience. I'll use Brakes Plus for future vehicle service needs.
