This is a friendly, responsive, quick, and competent shop. They coordinated a tow, performed an unusual repair and service, and got me back on the road incredibly quickly. Their courtesy inspection identified every minor issue I knew to already exist on the car- down to the streaking rear wiper- and they made no unnecessary recommendations. Trent’s is exactly the kind of place you’re hoping for when you’re searching for an independent repair shop.

Sometimes I leave an oil change, worried somethings wrong with my car they didn't check....I am confident they checked EVERYTHING, and know the reasoning for the recommended repairs. They walked me out and physically showed me, transparent and honest! Call Trent's if you need your car serviced.

Unfortunately it was totaled however, they helped me with a loaner car as well as removal of my totaled vehicle for multiple days while I procured another vehicle. And all I had done was a diagnostic. Would definitely recommend and plan to return for any future car repairs.

View on GoogleTrent's garage told me for $61.04 he would change oil and a tire rotation. went to get truck, he changed oil , but did not use the oil i requested, i requested Pennzoil 10,000 miles between changes, they used thrive 5,000 miles between changes then he did not rotate the tires as agreed, if they were not going to rotate tires they should have called me so i could have went to a different garage. after all this he insisted on charging full amount with no credit for NOT rotating my tires, they told me i need 2 rear shocks for $666 when i can get shocks for $114 at O'Reilly's, i cannot believe labor is $552, battery quote was $350, when i can get at O'Reilly's for $100, i also have other issues with this garage. avoid this shop and save yourself from these deceptive practices/prices. definitely shop around !
