This was my first time using their service department. My car went in for recall work. The service agent that checked me in was personable yet professional. I did take advantage of their shuttle service and ran some errands at the mall. The repairs were finished in a timely manner. Overall it was an exceptional experience.
View on GoogleOil change service went well. It was completed quickly and techs gave me some feedback about some additional items that needed to be serviced on my vehicle soon. When I went to schedule a tire replacement appointment, the service consultant was not flexible with my scheduling needs. He said it would take 4 hours to replace 2 tires and complete an alignment. The 4 hour time frame seemed a bit excessive, but I agreed to be this timeframe. I asked for a Saturday appointment and he said he couldn't do that type of work on a Saturday. I then asked for a Monday afternoon at 1pm with an agreement that the car would be picked up by 5pm. He said he couldn't give that guarantee despite him telling me it would be a 4 hour timeframe. I then asked what days were available that he could make a 4 hour timeframe work. He responded by telling me he couldn't give a guarantee on any day. I found this to be unreasonable that I was just expected to drop off my car at a specified time for a tire replacement and that I just had to wait for an unknown amount of time for it to be ready. I let him know I would get the work done at another tire shop that could be more accommodating. Once I left, a manager named Jessica called me and apologized for the interaction she had witnessed. I really appreciated that. She agreed to pencil me in with the 4 hour timeframe that was originally communicated to me.
View on GoogleSo, I want to start by saying the people I worked with both in sales and in service, were great. I don't have anything bad to say about any of the people at Stew Hansen Buick. The reason I'm leaving this review is because it's the only way I feel like I can make a difference in getting the company to change course on A.I. As a customer, I absolutely refuse to speak to AI for customer support. Please, even if it costs more to have local personnel answer the phone, it is so worth it for your customers.
View on GoogleI am so grateful for the service department and how they helped me yesterday. On my way to work tire pressure light came on. Drive to dealership and explained what was going on, they found a nail in my tire. Said they would fix it and they did, also gave me a ride to and from work! I can't tell you the relief I felt when they said they could fix my car for me and I could still go to work while it was being taken care of. The degree of professionalism and care that they show me every time I bring my car there is next to none. They get a 10 star rating from me. Thank you again Stew Hansen Service Department!
View on GoogleThe representative was very pleasant and helpful. They tried to coordinate to make scheduling work and be able to fix the car. They didn't make it my problem when I was having issues with dropping off the car and instead found a way to give me loaner car. They update me when the part needed to be replaced already arrived.
